Supergreens Scrambled Eggs Tostada

This amazing breakfast is the best way to start your morning. Rich in protein and vitamins that are essential for a good day's work!

Here is what you would need:

  • 1 whole organic egg
  • 3 organic egg-whites
  • Deliz Air seasoning; to taste
  • 2 handfuls of supergreens
  • Avocado and cherry tomatoes (for toppings)
  • Ezequiel tortilla
  • Deliz Macha sauce

Steps:

  1. Blend the egg, supergreens, and seasoning.
  2. Toast the Ezequiel tortilla. (either dehydrate it in the microwave or fry it, it is up to you!)
  3. On a pan make the blend of eggs and supergreens, I recommend to use some avocado oil to grease the pan before hand.
  4. Once the eggs are just the way you like them, place them on top of the tostada and put the avocado and tomato as you please.
  5. Lastly, drizzle some Deliz Macha sauce, as much as you want!
  6. Enjoy!
