Ingredients: Water, Canola oil with up to 10% extra virgin olive oil, white vinegar, tamarind sauce (tamarind pulp, sugar, water, cornstarch, acetic acid, chile peppers and spices), dried guajillo peppers, piloncillo*, garlic, spices, and salt.
